Internal Support System

The primary and most secure way to contact us is through the Support Ticket system located within your user dashboard.

To open a ticket:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Navigate to the "Support" tab in the dashboard.
  3. Click "Create New Ticket" and select the appropriate category (Order Issue, Deposit, Vendor Application, etc.).

For sensitive inquiries or to verify official messages, please use our PGP public key. Always encrypt sensitive information before sending it to us if you are not using the internal system.
